Romeo’s Sensation LLC does accept a variety of insurance plans. Please contact us for more information. For out-of-pocket services, our current rates are as follows: $200 for individuals and $250 for couples. Standard session rates for clients paying out of pocket are $150 per session for individuals and $175 per session for couples. To support accessibility and continuity of care, we offer full-cost sessions, monthly subscription packages, sliding-scale fees when available, and out-of-network superbills for clients seeking reimbursement through their insurance.

EMDR Intensives are not typically covered by insurance, but may be reimbursable. Please contact your insurance company to inquire about your individual coverage

Sliding Fee Scale

Sliding fee scale refers to treatment priced based on each person’s income and dependents. This fee structure exists to help make therapy services and EMDR Intensives more affordable for people living on a lower income level. This means that the cost of therapy depends on your monthly income. Please contact us to determine your particular session cost.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement

Superbills are available upon request after services are paid. Please contact your insurance company to determine if you qualify for out-of-network (OON) reimbursement benefits.

*Please note that, due to insurance reimbursement guidelines for couples therapy, sessions will be 35-40 minutes. Sessions paid privately will continue to be 50-55 minutes in length*

**If the Basic Subscription plan is canceled before the 3-month minimum, or if the 6-Month Subscription plan is canceled before completion, all completed sessions will revert to the standard out-of-pocket rate of $150 per (50-minute) session for individuals and $175 per (50-minute) session for couples/family therapy, and an administration fee of $65 will be incurred. If there are unused sessions within the month at the time of cancellation, the used sessions will also revert to the original per-session fee. (Basic) Any remaining balance will be the responsibility of the client. (6-month)

Upon cancellation or completion of your subscription agreement after the 3-month minimum (basic) or 6-month commitment (6-month), your account will convert to regular billing of $150 per (50-minute) session for individuals and $175 per (50-minute) session for couples/family therapy.**
