This class is structured as a ritual—creating space to pause, reset, and return to the present moment with clarity and softness. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and honor their limits, making this an accessible and nourishing practice for all levels.

René — Wellness Coach & Yogi

René is a wellness coach and yogi with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals in cultivating alignment of body, breath, and awareness. His work has spanned communities throughout the Americas, where he has guided people through practices rooted in presence, regulation, and intentional movement.

René’s approach is trauma-informed, spiritually grounded, and non-performative, emphasizing safety, choice, and attunement over intensity or aesthetics. Rather than prescribing how the body should move, he invites participants to listen inwardly—honoring the body’s natural rhythms and signals as a primary source of wisdom.

His teaching draws from decades of embodied practice, cross-cultural learning, and lived experience, offering a steady and compassionate container for those seeking grounding, restoration, and reconnection. René believes that alignment is not something to be forced, but something that emerges when the nervous system feels safe enough to soften.

Through his collaboration with Romeo’s Sensation, René offers accessible virtual practices designed to support nervous-system regulation, spiritual presence, and sustainable well-being.
